How to read this page
Each card shows how well we can see what is happening in that country, using official reports, surveys, and independent monitors. “Regional detail” means the country has data broken down by state or province. A “well documented” label does not mean the country is more hateful, it means the evidence is easier to get. Places with thin reporting can still be dangerous.
